Account Executive (Remote)
AlwaysOn Digital is looking for a driven national sales executive who is a skilled relationship builder, strategist and problem solver. As a fully remote position, this role is responsible for driving new business and growing accounts. The right candidate must have experience selling and managing cross channel digital campaigns and understands the entire sales cycle from RFP through renewal.
This position is well suited to an individual who is a self-starter. The ideal candidate will bring energy and passion to everything he/she does and will not be afraid to roll up his/her sleeves to tackle projects both big and small. Key Responsibilities:
- Grow platform spend to meet and exceed goal while continuously prospecting new business
- Reach out to potential clients and agency leads to set up meetings
- Identify additional revenue within existing clients through upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and direct client management
- Build and foster strong working relationships with internal teams
- Respond to brand, agency, and government RFPs
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and expand industry knowledge
Qualifications:
- 3+ years applicable experience in either Business Development, Account Management, or Sales roles in the online industry with proven experience and success selling programmatic media offerings into major brands and agencies
- Knowledge of programmatic ecosystem and offerings, including buying and selling, pricing models, optimization strategies and audience trends
- Clearly communicate AlwaysOn Digital’s value proposition
- Contribute to improve team resources such as sales and marketing materials

Account Manager (Remote)
AlwaysOn Digital is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a portfolio of key accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Your primary focus will be on working closely with regional Independent Agencies and Brands, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key accounts, providing strategic guidance and ensuring their success on our platforms.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, collaborating with the Trading team to onboard new customers efficiently and deliver data-driven insights.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Become an expert in the use of our platforms, offering insights and recommendations to clients to optimize their campaigns and achieve their KPIs.
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients on new platform features and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback and drive enhancements to our platform based on client needs.
- Contribute to the development of the Client Services practice by creating training materials, best practices guides, and other resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in online advertising, with a focus on consultative sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of growing accounts and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ambitious individual eager to grow into more senior opportunities within the organization.
