Account Executive (Remote)

AlwaysOn Digital is looking for a driven national sales executive who is a skilled relationship builder, strategist and problem solver. As a fully remote position, this role is responsible for driving new business and growing accounts. The right candidate must have experience selling and managing cross channel digital campaigns and understands the entire sales cycle from RFP through renewal.

This position is well suited to an individual who is a self-starter. The ideal candidate will bring energy and passion to everything he/she does and will not be afraid to roll up his/her sleeves to tackle projects both big and small. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing company while making a direct impact on its success.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow platform spend to meet and exceed goal while continuously prospecting new business
  • Reach out to potential clients and agency leads to set up meetings
  • Identify additional revenue within existing clients through upselling and cross-selling
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and direct client management
  • Build and foster strong working relationships with internal teams
  • Respond to brand, agency, and government RFPs
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and expand industry knowledge

Requirements:

  • 3+ years applicable experience in either Business Development, Account Management, or Sales roles in the online industry with proven experience and success selling programmatic media offerings into major brands and agencies
  • Knowledge of programmatic ecosystem and offerings, including buying and selling, pricing models, optimization strategies and audience trends
  • Clearly communicate AlwaysOn Digital’s value proposition
  • Contribute to improve team resources such as sales and marketing materials
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
