Taking a few minutes to reflect on the past 4 years as we hit our anniversary this month, we’re extremely thankful for our amazing team and clients. There were many things throughout the years that we’ve learned, and thought to share some of the key takeaways.

The Grass Can Be Greener On The Other Side – Don’t get me wrong, a startup is HARD work. It’s 24/7/365 and there are a million things to stress about. However, all of that work is worth it – you know what you are working towards, and you have control on how things get done.

Your Network Is Everything – While confidence is great, it’s critical to admit what you don’t have knowledge of. Surround yourself with those who want you to win. Don’t be afraid to call in a favor (or several).

REALLY Listen To Your Clients – don’t be hesitant to ask for feedback, or assume what they want or need next. Some requests may be lofty, but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be a long term goal to strive for.

Celebrate Daily Wins – They can be as small as someone picking up their phone or landing a client from your dream board.

Give Back – Helping someone succeed won’t dilute your success. Whether it be charity, a recommendation for someone in your network, or advice – be the person that you want others to see you as.
